“Every restaurant deserves technology that helps them grow, not holds them back.”
Daniel founded TablePort to give restaurants one system in place of five. The approach is simple: build what restaurants need, with the operators who run them.
TablePort started from a simple observation: good restaurants were running on five disconnected systems. We build one platform that holds the night (POS, reservations, kitchen, payments, phone) so the team can work from the same page.
Origin
Many restaurants run the night on systems that do not talk to each other: a POS here, a reservation book there, a phone line nobody can answer mid-service, a gift-card vendor, and a spreadsheet holding it together.
So we built one platform where the booking, the check, the kitchen ticket, and the deposit are the same data on the same system. When something breaks at 8:14pm, there's one place to look and one vendor to call.
The aim is narrower than a mission statement: a platform an operator can lean on at 8pm on a Friday, one bill instead of five, and a direct line to the people who build it.

Principles
These are not values on a wall. They are the rules we use when we decide what to build.
Engineering
We write code to be maintained and built on, so a fix this month is not a problem next month.
Pace
Service does not wait, so neither do we. We ship quickly and test against real service before it reaches your floor.
Trust
Prices are published in one place. We say what we can and cannot do before you sign up, and when something will be ready.
What makes us different
We build next to operators, on the floor, mid-service, not from a product roadmap.
Partnership
We build solutions for specific operational needs rather than adding features to lengthy request lists. Development timelines vary with complexity.
Hardware
iOS or Android, tablets or phones, supported printers and cash drawers over Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LAN or USB. No setup fees.
Architecture
Order and pay shares the check with the POS. Reservations sit on the same floor plan. Guest records feed loyalty. One set of data, not five.
Built with operators
Multi-location group
A vegetarian restaurant group needed allergens recorded the same way at every site, with one view across all three. We set up shared menus and modifier groups for every venue.
Anonymised at the operator's request. Setup depends on each restaurant's menu and operations.
Custom development
A London all-you-can-eat restaurant needed timed sittings and menus in several languages. We built timed table windows and QR ordering around how they run service.
Anonymised at the operator's request. Custom development timelines depend on requirements and complexity.
The TablePort advantage
Ongoing work
New modules and integrations arrive over time. Timing depends on complexity, and we tell you what is planned when you ask.
Shaped by what operators tell us on the floor.
For unique operational requirements and workflows.
Connections to restaurant tools you already use.
From one site to a group, on the same platform.
Sales and cost reports that point at what to change.
A direct line to the team after you go live.
No setup fees, no long-term contract. 30 days free. Cancel any time.
