These Terms of Use apply to visitors of the TablePort website and applications who have not entered into a Services Agreement with TablePort LTD.

For registered restaurant operators: Your use of the TablePort platform is governed by the Services Agreement (License Agreement), which supersedes these Terms of Use in their entirety.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TablePort website (tableport.io), mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

2. Services Description

TablePort provides a software-as-a-service platform for restaurant ordering, payments, reservations, and operations management. Our services include a consumer-facing web interface for diners and a management platform for restaurant operators.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Scrape, data-mine, or otherwise extract data from the Services without permission
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

4. Intellectual Property

TablePort and its logo are trademarks of TablePort LTD (Company No. 13723140, England and Wales). All platform code, design, and documentation are the property of TablePort LTD.

Content provided by restaurant operators (menus, descriptions, images, pricing) remains the property of the respective restaurant operator. TablePort is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of restaurant-provided content.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TablePort shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

For US residents: nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable US state consumer protection laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
