Self check-in
QR check-in at the door
Print one card. Guests scan, enter name + party size + phone, join the queue. The host stand never gets a line of its own.
Waitlist · Walk-in queue
Live the moment you sign up. Walk-ins join from a QR by the door. Hosts run the room from one screen. Guests get a text the second their table opens, so they can wander and you don't lose them.
Works with TablePort reservations. SMS is metered by destination.
What changes at the door
Guests join the queue from a QR at the door, get a real-time wait estimate, and wander. The text arrives when you're actually ready, not 'we'll try'.
The system learns your room's turn time per party size. The number on the host screen is the number that ends up being true, week over week.
Your 7:30 booking and a party that walked in at 7:20 sit on the same screen. No double-booking the same table. No mental gymnastics by the door.
What's inside
Built around the four things hosts actually need: who's here, how long until they sit, who's about to walk off, and what tables open in the next 10 minutes.
Self check-in
Print one card. Guests scan, enter name + party size + phone, join the queue. The host stand never gets a line of its own.
Estimate
Based on your actual turn time by party size and time of day. Updates as tables close out, so the number shown is the number you can defend.
SMS
'Your table's about to open at TablePort. See you in 5.' Guests reply 'on my way' or 'running late'. Hosts see the reply on the same screen.
Reservations
Walk-ins and reservations share the same screen and the same floor plan. The host sees both, the system never double-seats a table.
Parties
Two-tops get the bar; four-tops get the corner banquette; sixes get joined tables. Routing rules per room. Once configured, the system suggests the seat.
Recall
Returning guests are recognized by phone number. Allergens, preferences, last-visit notes surface for the host before they say hello.
No-shows
If a notified party hasn't moved in 6 minutes, the system flags it. You decide: release the table, send a second text, or hold. Never auto-cancel. The call belongs to the host.
Mobile
The host walks the room with the waitlist in hand. Seat from anywhere; the floor plan updates in real time on the screen behind the stand.
Floor view
A side panel lists every table about to close, by name, by stage of service. The host sees the next 10 minutes before they happen.

The 8pm rush
The guest scans, sees a 22-minute wait, walks two doors down for a drink. The text arrives at minute 19. They're back at the door by minute 21, and you didn't lose the cover.
