Refer & Earn

Tell another operator.
We’ll thank both of you.

When a restaurant you’ve recommended joins TablePort and stays, we credit £150 to your next bill and £150 to theirs. No cash. No fees on either side. No fine-print games.

What you both get

£150 in TablePort credit on each side, applied to the next subscription invoice. The credit expires 12 months from the most recent top-up: long enough that nobody loses unused balance, short enough that we don’t accumulate a deferred-revenue tail across the network.

The best leads we get come from operators we already serve. This is how we say thank you.
What we ask of them

One round-number condition: their restaurant processes £1,000 in card payments through TablePort within 30 days of signing up, and they’re on an active paid plan when we check. Above the bar, you’ve shown us a real operator. Credit lands automatically the morning after.

A small £1,500 annual cap per referrer keeps the program from warping into a leaderboard. Above the cap, additional qualified referrals earn a £25 attribution credit each, capped at a further £500 a year. We’d rather you refer ten restaurants well than fifty quickly.

What we won’t do
  • We don’t reverse credit when a referred restaurant later churns. If they met the bar, you keep the credit.
  • We don’t email anyone on your behalf. You share the link from your own client: iMessage, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, wherever the conversation actually lives.
  • We don’t pay cash. Credit on the subscription is the program; there’s no cash-out, no statement check, no P11D paperwork to file.
  • We don’t stalk you toward the cap. The dashboard says what the dashboard says: no nudge emails, no achievement badges.
