Standard is Visa and Mastercard consumer credit and debit cards, including in Apple Pay and Google Pay. Premium is Amex, international and corporate cards. Example: a £50 bill paid in person by a standard card costs £0.98 to take with Stripe. Same rates on every plan. Zettle rates are set by PayPal. Your plan (£49 for Starter or £99 for Pro, per location), plus any add-ons you switch on (Reservations, Stock and Staff scheduling are per location; Sites Advanced and Marketing Suite are per business), plus card fees on each payment you take, plus metered usage such as text messages. Prices are excl. VAT; VAT is added at 20%. Use the bill builder on this page to see your monthly figure before you sign up.

No setup fee and no fixed term. You are billed monthly in advance and can cancel any time. There is no cancellation fee. If we change a price, we tell you in writing 30 days before it applies.

No. TablePort runs on an iPad, Android tablet or phone you already own. Supported receipt printers connect to it. For card payments, choose Stripe or PayPal Zettle in the app: depending on the provider you choose, card readers can be free with no monthly cost. Tell us what you already have and we will check it works.

You do not need a card to start. On day 30 the monthly fee starts for the plan and add-ons you kept switched on. If TablePort is not for you, cancel before then and no subscription fee is charged.

Only usage. The free period waives plan and add-on fees, not metered usage: text messages, AI use above your monthly allowance and marketing sends above 10,000 are billed as you use them. Card fees apply to payments you take.

Starter covers the till, payments, QR ordering, kitchen display screens, time tracking and daily reports. Pro adds kiosk mode, delivery integrations, sales insights, advanced reports and priority support, and doubles the AI allowance to £10 a month. Start on either and change plan from your settings.

It depends on the card provider you choose in the app: Stripe or PayPal Zettle. With Stripe, standard cards in person cost 1.6% + 18p per payment, so a £50 bill costs £0.98 to take; premium cards (Amex, international and corporate) and online payments cost more, and a disputed payment costs £25. The full Stripe table is on this page. Zettle rates are set by PayPal. Depending on the provider, card readers can be free with no monthly cost.

Booking confirmations and waitlist updates go out as text messages, priced per message by destination, from 20.8p each. The full rate card is at tableport.io/pages/sms-pricing. The phone assistant is quoted for your restaurant before you commit to anything.

Starter and Pro are priced per location, for one or two sites. Groups of three or more locations get custom pricing: everything in Pro, plus multi-location management, custom card rates and a dedicated account manager. Contact us with your sites and we will quote it.
