When you visit our website TablePort.io (the "Website"), use our mobile application (the "App"), and more generally, use any of our services (the "Services", which include the Website and App), we appreciate that you are trusting us with your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously. We hope you take some time to read through it carefully, as it is important. This privacy notice applies to all information collected through our Services (which, as described above, includes our Website and App), as well as, any related services, sales, marketing or events.

Please read this privacy notice carefully as it will help you understand what we do with the information that we collect.

BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS PROSPECTING

Data controller: TablePort LTD, Company No. 13723140 (England and Wales), 154 Loudoun Road, London, NW8 0DJ, United Kingdom. Contact: privacy@tableport.io.

We collect and process publicly available business information about restaurants and hospitality businesses to inform them about TablePort's products and services. This section explains how we handle that data under UK GDPR and PECR. It serves as our Article 14 notice to data subjects whose personal data we have not obtained directly from them.

What we collect.

  • Business data: business name, registered and trading address, business phone number, business email addresses (e.g., info@, hello@, contact@), website URL, social media handles (including Instagram), Google Maps rating and review count, opening hours, business category.
  • Companies House data: company number, entity type, incorporation date, registered office, director names (as listed on the public register).
  • Interaction records: whether we have emailed or messaged you, whether you replied, and your opt-out status.

We do not collect personal email addresses (e.g., Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook) for prospecting. Director names are collected solely to verify the business entity and personalise professional communications; we do not profile directors individually.

Sources. Food Standards Agency Food Hygiene Rating Scheme (public register), Companies House (public register), Google Maps (publicly available business listings), OpenStreetMap (open data, ODbL licence), Outscraper (a data aggregation service that returns publicly available business information), and restaurant websites (publicly listed contact pages).

Lawful basis. Legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR. Our interest is in informing relevant businesses about our restaurant management platform. Reliance on this basis requires a documented purpose, necessity and balancing assessment for the specific campaign. This notice does not certify that an assessment has been completed or approved for an unverified campaign. We do not rely on your consent for this processing, so there is no consent to withdraw; however, you have the right to object at any time (see "Your rights" below).

Who we contact by email. We only send unsolicited commercial email to corporate subscribers as defined by PECR Regulation 22 — limited companies (Ltd), limited liability partnerships (LLP), and Scottish partnerships. We verify entity type via Companies House before sending. We do not send unsolicited email to sole traders or ordinary partnerships.

Your rights. Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Object to direct marketing (Article 21(2)): This right is absolute. If you object, we will stop processing your data for direct marketing immediately, with no exceptions. Click the unsubscribe link in any email, reply to any message, or email privacy@tableport.io.
  • Object to other legitimate interest processing (Article 21(1)): We will assess whether our interests override yours, but you can ask us to stop at any time.
  • Access your data (Article 15): Request a copy of all data we hold about your business in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
  • Rectification (Article 16): Ask us to correct any inaccurate data.
  • Erasure (Article 17): Request deletion of all data we hold about your business. We will delete all prospecting data and retain only a minimal suppression record (business name and email) to ensure we do not contact you again.
  • Restriction of processing (Article 18): Ask us to restrict how we use your data while we verify its accuracy or assess an objection.
  • Data portability (Article 20): Where technically feasible, receive the data we hold about you in a portable format.
  • Complain to the ICO: You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF, United Kingdom. Website: https://ico.org.uk. Tel: 0303 123 1113.

We will respond to any request without undue delay and within one calendar month. If a request is complex, we may extend by a further two months and will inform you of the reason.

Automated decision-making. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you in connection with B2B prospecting.

Retention. Prospecting records should be kept only while needed for a permitted, relevant campaign and reviewed when contact becomes outdated or an objection is received. Minimal suppression records may be retained to honour objections and avoid re-contact; they must not be used for further marketing. The applicable deletion schedule and email-log retention must be verified for the sending system. This notice does not promise an unverified automatic purge or a fixed retention period.

Full B2B outreach notice. For the layered Article 14 notice (referenced in every cold-outreach email footer): see B2B Outreach Notice.

Contact. For questions about B2B data processing: privacy@tableport.io. You may also contact the ICO at https://ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.

As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

Console error monitoring and account verification clarification (October 1, 2026)

The reviewed Console 1.41.202 release disables Sentry browser performance tracing, automatic browser session/page-view tracking, structured logs and metrics. It retains minimised error and security diagnostics. Known email/phone patterns, credential fields, user payloads, request bodies and URL queries are filtered, but arbitrary free text may still contain personal data; these diagnostics are not described as fully anonymous. Microsoft Clarity is enabled only after analytics consent, runs without persistent tracking identifiers with text/image masking, and stops when that consent is rejected or withdrawn. Known identifiers from earlier Clarity sessions are removed; authentication cookies are retained.

TABLEPORT LTD (13723140) is the contracting entity for TablePort. It acts as processor for restaurant-controlled staff and guest data under Schedule 1 of the service agreement, and as controller for its own account administration and other independently determined purposes described in this notice. DA592 LTD, trading as Masheev, is a distinct UK partner entity; TABLEPORT LTD's registration or a DA592 provider agreement does not establish the other entity's compliance or contractual coverage. Masheev processing depends on its configured EU/US organisation region and provider chain. Provider/account contracts, transfer safeguards and training settings remain pending where actual supporting evidence has not been recorded.
