Share your referral link with a restaurant you know. When they sign up to TablePort, process £1,000 in card payments via TablePort, and stay on a paid subscription for 30 days, we credit £150 to your next subscription invoice and £150 to theirs. The credit applies automatically, expires 12 months after its most recent top-up, and is non-transferable.

—If they met the conditions, the credit is yours. We don’t reverse it when they later choose to leave.

You must be on an active paid TablePort subscription. Both businesses must be independent restaurants, bars, or cafés in the United Kingdom or the United States. Self-referrals, family-referrals, and same-beneficial-owner referrals (the same person holding 25% or more of both businesses) are excluded; the threshold tracks UK PSC rules and the equivalent US FinCEN beneficial-ownership standard.

The new restaurant must (a) sign up via your link, (b) process at least £1,000 in card payments through TablePort within 30 days, (c) be on a paid subscription on the day we check the gate, and (d) clear our fraud checks. All four conditions are required; missing one defers the qualification rather than cancelling it.

£150 in TablePort credit on each side, applied to the next subscription invoice issued by Lago, our billing provider. Credit is non-transferable, non-refundable for cash, and expires 12 months from the most recent top-up to the wallet. There is no cap on how much can be applied to a single invoice.

A maximum of £1,500 in earned credits per referrer per calendar year. Above the cap, additional qualified referrals earn a £25 attribution credit each, capped at a further £500 per year. The cap resets each 1 January.

Credit is reversed only when the qualifying conditions are retroactively voided — for example, a chargeback that drops the referred restaurant’s qualifying volume below £1,000, or fraud detected after the credit was issued. Reversals appear in your ledger; nothing happens silently.

Plain customer churn after qualification does not reverse the credit. If they met the bar, you keep it.

When you share TablePort on social, the share tool pre-fills a short disclosure (e.g. ‘I get TablePort credit if you sign up’) that satisfies the FTC Endorsement Guides and the UK CAP code. The disclosure is editable but should remain clear and visible to the people seeing your post.

TablePort treats credit as a price adjustment on the recipient’s own subscription, not as taxable income. We don’t issue 1099-MISC or P11D for credit-only rewards. Recipients should consult their accountant on their individual circumstances.

We retain referral records for six years to satisfy HMRC tax-record requirements (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(c) read with Article 17(3)(b)). On deletion request, personally-identifying fields are anonymised; the financial ledger entries are preserved as required by law. Share rails never email or message anyone on your behalf; you share from your own client.

We may modify the offer with thirty days’ notice. Pending qualifications are honoured for sixty days after a material change, under the terms in effect at the time of the original referral. We can terminate the program entirely with the same notice; vested credits already issued remain redeemable until their original expiry.
